Questions, corrections and takedown requests are all welcome. This is a small independent site, so replies come from a person rather than a helpdesk.

What helps

  • Corrections: the page address, the field that is wrong, and what it should say. A link to the manufacturer’s page settles most of them immediately.
  • Missing manuals: the make, model and year, and the market you are in.
  • Rights holders: if you represent a manufacturer and want a link, a logo or a document removed, say which page and what you would like changed. Requests of this kind are actioned before anything else.

What this site cannot do

  • Diagnose a fault in your car. A warning light page will tell you what a symbol means; it cannot tell you what is wrong with your particular vehicle.
  • Provide legal, insurance or valuation advice.
  • Supply manuals that the manufacturer does not publish.

Safety-critical questions belong with a qualified mechanic or the manufacturer’s customer line, not with an email to a reference site.
